Employment

Fellows are employed for a two-year period at a relevant Detroit-based and focused organization and provides executive-style education opportunities, coaching, leadership development and the chance to work with many of the city's economic and urban development initiatives.

Fellows will be placed in organizations that contribute to the revitalization of the city, with a focus on:

• Real estate finance and development.
• Community and economic development.
• Land use planning/implementation of the Detroit Future City Strategic Framework.
• Workforce development.
